1. Matrimonial purpose only

LaginGhai is a matrimonial platform governed by the MoWCD advisory on matrimonial websites. By registering, you confirm that you are using the service only to find a lawful marriage partner for yourself or a direct family member — never for casual dating, commercial dating, or any unlawful purpose.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ (women) or 21+ (men) per the Indian Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, and legally free to marry. Providing false information — including marital status or identity — is grounds for immediate suspension.

3. Your data

How we handle your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can export or delete your data anytime from your profile settings.

4. Payments

Subscription plans are clearly priced on the pricing page. Auto-renewal is off by default. Refunds are governed by RBI guidelines and are issued for technical failures; we do not refund once a paid feature has been actively used.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, solicitation of money or sexual content
• Impersonation or use of someone else's photographs
• Commercial use, scraping, or bulk data extraction
• Attempting to deface, reverse-engineer, or probe the service

6. Limitation of liability

LaginGhai is an introduction platform. We verify to the extent reasonable but cannot guarantee the intentions or facts provided by any member. You are responsible for your own due diligence before meeting or sharing personal details.

7. Disputes & grievances

For any complaint, write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@laginghai.in. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune.
